Booking Conditions

1) It is £50 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking

2) Your booking allows 15 minutes setting up time & 15 minutes clearing up time. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your booking to allow the previous hut users to exit the car park safely.

3) If you do arrive earlier, please do not come onto the car park.

4) Max number of children attending is 32. This includes the birthday child or children (max 2).

5) Any dietary requirements must be notified at least 2 days before the party & discussed with us.

6) We recommend that children with severe allergies bring their own food. We cannot guarantee that all food is free from allergenic ingredients. 

7) We are not liable for any risk to health caused by food brought in by guests.

8) Any food brought in should be compliant with your guests dietary requirements & allergies

9) We do not cut the birthday cake. You are welcome to do this, or alternatively bring pre-wrapped cake or fairy cakes.

10) Glassware is not permitted in the room. Bring plastic/paper instead.

11) Children must be supervised by an adult if allowed outside.
